Hydrogen Awards

The Hydrogen Conference takes place during the day of September 24, 2026 and the Hydrogen Awards ceremony, celebrating the Finalists and Winners, will take place after the black-tie dinner at the Edgbaston Hotel & Conference Centre, Birmingham B15 2RS in the UK. Reservations must either be paid for at the time of booking by debit or credit card via the Stripe system, or invoiced for payment within 14 days, net of any bank or currency charges, by BACS or any other form of electronic transfer from bank to bank.

PLEASE NOTE: These terms cannot be changed so please advise your Accounts team accordingly and make sure that you provide any necessary purchase order at the time of booking.

We reserve the right to change our plans if restrictions caused by Covid-19 or other influences outside our control affect the planned presentation.

A Combined booking rate is available that includes attendance at the Conference and at the Conference & Awards dinner:

Individual Conference delegate and place at the Conference & Awards dinner: £450.00
Individual academic Conference delegate and place at the Conference and Awards dinner: £350.00

There are standard rates for all bookings to be a Conference delegate:

Standard rate: £200.00 per person
Academic rate: £150.00 per person
Student rate: £50.00 per person

There are standard rates for all bookings to attend the Awards dinner and ceremony:

Individual booking, per person: £275.00
Booking for table for 10: £2500.00
University academic booking, per person: £225.00

VAT will be added to your invoice as applicable.
