The celebration of the Finalists and Winners will take place during The Hydrogen Conference lunch on September 16, 2025 at Conference Aston, Birmingham B4 7ET in the UK. Reservations must either be paid for at the time of booking by debit or credit card via the Stripe system, or invoiced for payment within 14 days, net of any bank or currency charges, by BACS or any other form of electronic transfer from bank to bank. PLEASE NOTE: These terms cannot be changed so please advise your Accounts team accordingly.

We reserve the right to change our plans if Covid-19 restrictions or other influences outside our control affect the planned presentation.

There are standard rates for all bookings either to be a delegate or attend the Conference lunch: Standard rate: £150.00 per person Academic rate: £100.00 per person Student rate: £50.00 per person VAT will be added to your invoice as applicable.
